I specialise in working with executives to improve their communication and relationship development skills so they can become a trusted partner to clients and colleagues, to improve their confidence in making high-level presentations. I also advise on personal branding and franchise building.

I have a Masters from London’s Central School of Speech and Drama, one of the UK’s leading acting and vocal training schools. Before moving into acting, I worked as a Director of a leading UK investment bank in the Corporate Finance division and was engaged on major M&A transactions, IPOs and privatisations around the world. I then joined a major US investment bank as a Managing Director in Asia, working on many of the largest fund-raisings in the Asia-Pacific region. I have advised Chairmen and board members, Cabinet level politicians and senior professionals both in my financial and coaching capacity. My recent clients include investment banks in both the advisory and markets areas, politicians and government officials, accountancy, legal and consultancy professionals and investment managers.

To illustrate the type of work I do, alongside generic coaching, in the last few months I have been invited to work on presentations for private equity houses to their current and potential new investors, as well as on a number of PE exits (coaching the executive teams for their Management Presentations), and on new equity and debt financing. In the UK, Europe and the US I usually work with GSB Comms who excel at communications coaching including content development, personal impact, leadership development and management presentations.

In the Asia-Pacific region, I work closely with the team at Dramatic Difference who offer Executive Coaching, Facilitation and Corporate Role-play, working extensively with emerging and established leaders, in intercultural management situations, with high-potential professionals who will benefit from brand-building, and with women in the professions. http://www.dramdiff.com/the-cast/
